Bone Density

  • A woman who has been determined by her physician to be estrogen-deficient and at clinical risk for osteoporosis.
  • An individual with vertebral abnormalities as demonstraited by an x-ray, to be indictive of osteoporosis, osteopenia (low bone mass), or vertebral fracture.

Ultrasound

Ultrasound imaging uses high frequency soundwaves that produce a picture of the organs and vessels of the body. This exam does not use ionizing radiation, also known as X-Ray. Ultrasounds help physicians diagnose and treat medical conditions in the internal organs such as:

  • Echocardiograms
  • Vascular (Vein and Arteries)
  • Thyroid
  • Scrotum
