Stokes Reynolds Memorial Hospital, Inc. offers quality adult and geriatric behavioral health services through the Structured Outpatient Program (SOP).

SOP Provides:

  • rapid response/assessment by licensed professional counselors
  • admission to our treatment program or referral to an appropriate level of care
  • understanding of adults/older adults dealing with depression, anxiety mood/thought disorders, life transitions
  • transportation arranged by request

Services include:

  • daily group psychotherapy
  • evaluation by our board certified psychiatrist
  • individualized treatment planning for your specific needs
  • patient/family education about psychiatric symptoms
  • individual and/or family therapy as needed
  • relapse prevention planning
  • discharge planning
  • referral to area support groups/community resources
